 barre3™ As dancers know, the ballet barre is a wonderful prop designed to support the body in both static and dynamic movement leading to long, lean muscles. barre3 evolves the dancer's workout by combining the grace of the ballet barre with the wisdom of yoga and the strength of pilates.
This vigorous 60-minute workout is made up of a highly effective sequence of exercises designed to transform the body to one of equal balance, strength and flexibility.
barre3™ foundations
barre3 foundations has the same highly effective sequence of exercises as barre3 but at a slower pace and with a different tone. Instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions to balance the body.
barre3™ rebound
rebound is a gentle and therapeutic approach to barre3 classes. Set to classical music this 60 minute class is limited to 12 clients. The instructor works individually with each client, adapting postures to optimize results for varied levels of flexibility, strength and body type. This class is ideal for clients who are new, recovering from an injury, or seeking a sophisticated and individualized exercise regimen. Rooted in barre3 principles, this class offers many of the same benefits including improved posture, a strong core, increased flexibility, and total body definition.

Wear yoga-like attire. Bare feet or sticky socks are recommended. Bring a water bottle. All props including mats are provided.
New clients and childcare arrive 15 minutes early.
No experience required. Drop-ins welcome.
We recommend signing up online so you can reserve and purchase classes ahead of time.
Bring your kids with you. We accept kids of all ages. We have caring childcare providers and a fun play area! Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 14 days in advance online.
If you are pregnant please consult with your doctor before taking barre3 classes and throughout your entire pregnancy. If you have approval from your doctor, please arrive early to class, check in with your instructor and be prepared to either rest or do alternative postures appropriate for pregnancy.
