As dancers know, the ballet barre is a wonderful prop designed to support the body in both static and dynamic movement leading to long, lean muscles. barre3 evolves the dancer's workout by combining the grace of the ballet barre with the wisdom of yoga and the strength of Pilates. barre3 classes are set to an upbeat soundtrack and follow a vigorous pace moving through a sequence of postures designed to shape and lift the entire body.
barre3 foundations
barre3 foundations is slower in pace than traditional barre3 classes but equally challenging. Instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions to balance the body.
barre3 advanced
The advanced class follows the same sequence as traditional barre3 classes but at a faster pace with more options to increase the intensity in each posture. Pre-requisite; a minimum 6 MONTH consistent barre3 practice and a strong understanding of this technique.

Wear yoga-like attire. Bare feet or sticky socks are recommended. Bring a water bottle. All props including mats are provided.
New clients and childcare arrive 15 minutes early.
No experience required. Drop-ins welcome.

Bring your kids with you. We accept kids of all ages. We have caring childcare providers and a fun play area! Reservations are recommended and can be made up to 14 days in advance online.
If you are pregnant please consult with your doctor before taking barre3 classes and throughout your entire pregnancy. If you have approval from your doctor, please arrive early to class, check in with your instructor and be prepared to either rest or do alternative postures appropriate for pregnancy.
