barre3 Knoxville is conveniently located in a new, modern building on Kingston Pike at Bearden Hill. It includes two bright and spacious studios with gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains. The space also includes a spa-like locker room with showers and a cozy area for our on-site childcare.

Attire
Most of our clients wear yoga-type fitness attire, but please feel free to wear what is most comfortable for you. No shoes are required for the workout; our clients and instructors wear ToeSox or bare feet. All equipment needed for the workout is provided for you at no additional charge.

policies

Reservations
You must have a current package in the system to make a reservation. Class and childcare reservations are open 14 days prior to the scheduled class and close 10 minutes before the class starts. You can reserve in person, by calling, or online. We highly recommend on-line reservations for classes and childcare.

Cancellations
You may cancel up to 60 minutes prior to the start of the class. If you fail to cancel in time you will be charged for the class.

Pregnant Clients
If you are pregnant, please consult with your doctor before taking barre3 classes and throughout your entire pregnancy. If you have approval from your doctor, please arrive early to class, check in with your instructor and be prepared to either rest or do alternative postures appropriate for pregnancy.
