  2. Sturdy waist high surface such as a kitchen chair or counter top.
  3. Optional light hand held weights. 1 lbs and 2 lbs are most common for women. 3 lbs - 5 lbs for men.
  4. A yoga or Pilates exercise mat or other soft supported floor surface.

Our DVDs make it even simpler to do barre3 at home. Each disc has a different focus so you can stay challenged and get long, strong, and balanced.

Workouts

Choose your workout based on how much time you have. Each routine is sequenced to balance the body with a complete workout from head to toe. You will see that all videos ranging from 10-60 minutes are based on the same alignment principles and work well together.
