@Randie: Here are some suggestions for you: Try flat back core work such as scoops, marches and heel slides. This is great for building up the transverse abdominals as you work to stabilize your pelvis and low back. As you get stronger, you can bring both feet off the ground into table top and move into more advanced scoops, alternating toe taps and scissors. We are always here at onlinesupport@barre3.com for more help!

@Sandra, it sounds like you found the perfect solution for relieving your discomfort! Leaning forward is often an option we give in class. Try adding a few hamstring and IT band stretches to your daily routine to keep the tissue supporting your knee from becoming too tight and pulling while you workout.

I started out doing barre 3 on my off days from running, but I am now adding a short barre 3 after each run. It is a great feeling to stretch after the run. Barre 3 is the low impact workout I've been looking for to help me rehab a knee injury. Love it.
Love the yoga section in this one!
A lovely way to round out my day! 30 minutes flew by and I definitely feel it in all areas of my body!
I love that you offer 30 minute workouts! More push ups please!!!
Just did this workout at work on my lunch break. Really felt my body shaking towards the end!
Great morning workout! You get your whole body stretched and worked out with this one!!! Top one for sure on my list!!
Excellent workout for cross training for my upcoming 1/2 marathon. Really felt it in my core!
This was a great workout! Thanks, Sadie, for offering this! Can't wait to try all the rest of the classes. :)
Loved all the cues about lengthen! Quick, but great, workout!
Wow! I love this quick workout. I definitely felt the lengthening in the chest area. Also, the examples on what not to do is very helpful! Thanks Sadie!!
Those 30 minutes fly by! Sadie got my legs shaking in power leg and she threw in my favorite core move, kickstands. Great workout!
I usually set aside a full hour each day to workout but sometimes it just doesn't happen. I felt great after this 30 minutes. Thanks ladies for the long distance inspiration!
I loved it! Great workout if you only have 30 minutes. Great way to spend a snowed-in morning!
Great 30 minute workout. Could feel the burn.
A great addition to my Saturday morning run. Sadie you covered it all in 30 minutes!
The downward dog and warrior section is awesome. What a great way to start the day!
