This was so much more than just long lean arms! The 10 minutes flew by. This is going to be a daily 10 for me on my work breaks.

Liked the workout but there was a chair in the way of the woman doing the modification.

@Susann: Glad to hear that you're loving the 10 minute workouts! We are working on some beginner classes for you - super basic but super challenging.
I'm new to this & while I found this workout helpful in teaching some of the basics, is there an online version of the "foundations" class? Really like the flexibility & versatility of the classes that are segmented into 10 minute sessions.

@Shana: While there is no way to train the body so that specific areas lose body fat, the workout will provide all over fat-burning that will likely result in this area becoming slimmer. Keep up the good work!
Great workout. Are there any that really target armpit flab? After nursing for so long....well. I need some help. :)
I liked the emphasis on the arms, but I wish it included some more shoulder work.
My sister-in-law said it was just as much a leg workout as an arm workout. She is sure she will be stiff tomorrow.
