  • I'm new to this & while I found this workout helpful in teaching some of the basics, is there an online version of the "foundations" class? Really like the flexibility & versatility of the classes that are segmented into 10 minute sessions.

  • @Shana: While there is no way to train the body so that specific areas lose body fat, the workout will provide all over fat-burning that will likely result in this area becoming slimmer. Keep up the good work!
