@Katie: It's totally normal to feel a little wobbly on the ball. The ball creates an unstable foundation and forces you to work your deep stabilizing muscles! However, you can also feel unstable if you have the ball too high or too low. Sounds like you may have had to change the placement of your ball. Try moving the ball around until you find your sweet spot. We tell clients in studio class to place the ball above the fleshy part of their seat, under their sacrum.

great core work - had a difficult time keeping ball stable when positioned behind the lower back...maybe because I was on carpet, note to use a mat next time. Thanks!
