So effective! I love it! Your cueing helps me focus on the area we are working. What's up with the person flying by on the motorized scooter, towards the end of your video? No speed limit on those things :)! Thanks for the workout!

This is such a great workout. Being in L.A. again and not having a studio workout available to me, what I miss the most is the first part of class at the barre which would rip my upper body and core and prepare me for the rest of class.

I was once an avid Vinyasa and Bikram devotee, but an injured SI joint has kept me out of the studio for years. These workouts get to the heart of the issue and are stabilizing my sorry low back after just a handful of workouts. For some reason, they seem to be better for my body than straight Pilates classes have been. Thank you for these seriously doable workouts -- even on a rainy Portland almost spring day!

@Nicole: Your standing leg is doing a lot of work to stabilize and hold you up. That being said, we don't want you to experience negative pain or cramping. Try taking a break and also try facing your chair or countertop and square your hips to your sturdy waist high surface. Make sure that you're working with your feet parallel, hip distance apart. Working with your hip in an open position, may be too much for you. Email online support@barre3.com with any further questions. We will help you modify!

@Pamela- We have modifications for knee injuries! Please send us an e-mail at onlinesupport@barre3.com for help. Do you know what posture you were in when you were having knee pain? Generally, working higher and smaller helps. Also, knees never track forward over her ankles. Rather, it's best to keep them stacked over your ankles.

I really like the concept of barre 3 and do enjoy it a lot. However I am beginning to think that I must not be doing the moves right especially when it involves upper arms movements. It seems to cause my neck and shoulder muscles to hurt (even without weights). Unfortunately I live in Germany and can't attend a studio class. Would you be able to recommend me to do an alternative arm workout or have an idea what I'm not doing right? Everything else is awesome though and Sadie is so encouraging in her videos!

@Katie Ray: The knee draws in line with the hip joint rather than the shoulder when internally rotating the hip. The knee will draw out laterally from the line of the hip as the thigh rotates externally within the joint. Both of these motions help open the hip joint to increase range of motion and increase circulation for benefits that extend beyond the workout!

This workout is amazing! I love using the counter. I did my workout in my kitchen while my 17-month-old "rearranged" the cupboards.

So effective! I love it! Your cueing helps me focus on the area we are working. What's up with the person flying by on the motorized scooter, towards the end of your video? No speed limit on those things :)! Thanks for the workout!
my first workout with Barre3. I can feel the stretch in my quads and back. Looking forward to trying the other workouts.
Oh my gosh...I wasn't expecting this 30 minute workout to be so challenging and awesome. The sides of my seat thank you, Sadie!
Today was the last day of my 28 to great challenge and I feel amazing. Definitely incorporating Barre3 into my next challenge. I also have a better grasp on clean eating as well and I would like to say thank you very very much.
Day 1 of 28 FIN :)
day 2 of 28 to great and I feel amazing. I love this workout so much more challenging than it looks.
Day 1 of 28! Wow do I feel this! But I feel so energized now! Great way to start my day.
Still my favorite workout of all!!!
This is such a great workout. Being in L.A. again and not having a studio workout available to me, what I miss the most is the first part of class at the barre which would rip my upper body and core and prepare me for the rest of class.
@Yuka: I recommend using a rolled up towel behind your low back for support until your ball arrives!
Is there any way to substitute barre3 ball? I don't have one right now. Let me know!
I have a questions about the standing pose with the weight behind the knee. My standing leg was burning and almost cramping. Any tips to keep the standing leg feeling good?
Im very frustrated as i tore myself off the couch during a dreary snowy day to do a workout and the videos suddenly wont play!
Great sequence. I'm loving how you incorporate yoga into the barre work!
While I've been doing Barre3 for a while now, this is my first workout/day on the 28 to Great Challenge. Loving it! And I felt this workout for sure!
This is my first workout and it felt great!
I am 5 weeks postpartum and this video just rocked my world...Loved it, but will be sore tomorrow for SURE!
Amazing. For a busy, working mother like me, how great that I can do this in my room, without having to change for the gym! This is great.
I would love another countertop workout.

I LOVE all of the online workouts and have lost weight and inches since I started 28 to Great, But... constant buffering is a problem and makes the workouts twice as long. Is it my internet connection or something to do with the actual video? Help, because I'm addicted to the classes:)
amazing! I am on day 2 of my 28 day challenge. I am feeling the burn and my body is changing already.
This has become one of my favorite Barre 3 workouts! I love how it gets the heart rate going and then also works in some balance postures. Love it!
Loved to end with dancer's pose! Great end to a great day!
great workout!
I wish I could see her feet.
love it! this was a great late day pick-me-up! thanks Sadie! :)
Thank you so much for the quick response, I am going to do this one again and try your suggestions, because I really loved this one!
Day 1 of 28! Loved this and Sadie is an awesome instructor. I am so looking forward to a leaner body!
I liked this workout! I just had a little problem with my one knee I had surgery on to fix torn meniscus. I wonder if I am standing the correct way.
My legs are shaking! Great workout. This is my day one of 28 to great!
Love this workout, especially that you can do it in small spaces b/c it's perfect to do on my lunch break in my tiny little office!
Loved this! Worked great in my hotel room too!... With these awesome videos there was no reason to get behind on classes while traveling (especially during 28 to great)!!
I love the simplicity of this workout, and the fact that I can do it almost anywhere. I would love to see more countertop workouts!
@Roz- thank you for your feedback! Our online team is always happy to hear about what our clients want. We upload a new workout every month so keep your eyes open!
love all the workouts will it be possible to add some new 30 and 40 minute workouts soon!!
Great morning workout. i loved ending with dancers pose! It's going to be a great day!
Loved the workout..had to modify to meet my abilities but loved the way it made my body feel..
Great Workout! especially for just 30 minutes. Totally felt like longer :)
Just completed this fabulous 30 minute workout, starting my day off with length and strength. Thank you! (Sadie and Mindy...I can just see you guys giggling through this!)
A great workout! Love the way I feel afterward. Ending in dancer's pose is so rejuvenating!
My first on-line work-out. Great - I'm breathing hard and feel the love - Thank you Sadie
Great! 1st. time trying a barre3 class. Very clear directions, I will definitely add this to my yoga!
PHEW! I had no idea my kitchen counters would make me work like that! Thank you!
@Yolande: It sounds like you may be coming down too far in your push up. Try working higher. If you have any questions about form or modifications, contact onlinesupport@barre3.com. We will help you!
@Lisa: It sounds like you may need to update Adobe Flash and check your internet connection. I emailed you from our onlinesupport@barre3.com address. We will help you! You can also check out our FAQs for video help here: http://www.barre3.com/faqs
@Sarah: Keep track of your workouts on your own for 28 to Great. We'd love to add a tracking feature to our site for our next version!
loved this workout - definitely a good burn in the arm work and nice leg work - like the standing plies! great one as always sadie!
Love it but boy do my hips crack during those stretches!
Wonderful re-start of Barre3 for me with this workout (I switched yesterday's/today's because of my schedule) -- Forgot how much I love this one for my arm's!
As a devoted barre3 studio girl, this was a nice mixup! Loved it!
This was so great! It was my first Barre3 workout and it was really HARD! I am excited to be starting 28 to great with you all and I feel so connected to my home town! I loved watching all the people walk by and I know it sounds silly but I miss those rainy days!
Amazing workout! I'm shaking all over from only 30 minutes. This is just what I need for my hectic life that allows for minimal workout time. I am so excited for the 28 day challenge.
thanks!!! perfect for me once i put my three kiddos to bed! Definitely felt the quiver in my legs!
This was great! I felt like a one on one session was happening. The queing is suberb! Thank you for the 28 challenge,,
Okay - I am sorry I keep posting on this particular thread, but I thought I should say that the video finally just started playing. It took a good 30 minutes before it begun, but eventually it did play, so I was able to get a quick 30 min Barre3 workout in. I still would like to know what I need to do to make this work more efficiently. I am not sure how else to contact tech support since the email I picked up in the below community comment said that email had permanent error.
Really enjoyed the ease of doing this workout at home. Nice to have the online class option. I love going to the studio, but this is a great option for more flexibility with a busy schedule.
Yay! Day 1 Barre done! Need to walk for 30 next. thanks! I feel great!
Great workout! This is my first workout on the 28 to Great Challenge. Is there someplace I am supposed to log my workout online? Or do I just manually keep track on my own?
Thank you, feel great - I have a funny feeling tomorrow I maybe moving a bit slower. 1 day down 27 to go!
Great way to kick off the challenge! Thank you!
Thank you !!! I will do that. Sara

I loved it. It was a great work out and so do-able in my kitchen as my kiddos sleep. Thank you!
Loved the workout but it was buffering constantly. What can I do to fix that ?
phantastic workout, thanks!!!
Loved this workout! I had trouble finishing the hip sequence, so I'm looking forward to getting stronger there as I go through the 28 to great program. Thanks! Libbie in Issaquah
Enjoyed the strength and stretch work- love the combo, then adding in cardio makes it even more!! Love the efficiency of the total body workout. Excited to see my progress with this workout, gonna get that balance work!
I was a devoted barre3 goer when I lived in Seattle; now that I've moved to a small mountain town I miss it. I'm recently postpartum and feel like my core is SHOT! Finding 28 to great and online barre3 workouts at this point feels like a godsend! I just finished this workout and while challenging, I love Sadie's encouragement and feel like I'm on my way back to a body I recognize.
Thank you barre 3. I am 58 years old and hate alot of cardio, jumping. This is perfect and after 3 weeks I can really feel a difference. I am stronger and have better balance. The yoga part was the hardest but I am actually keeping up with the workouts now. Great concept. Also love being able to do it at home since I live in snow country.
@Sarah: You can choose whether your toes are pointed or flexed. Sadie usually points her toes - it's the dancer in her! You'll get a really great workout regardless. Keep up the good work at home!
Great! There were times I wish I could've seen Sadie's feet. Wasn't sure if toes were pointed or flat. Love the tempo and choices of workouts on this site!
Thanks! What a great way to start my day!! So thankful for the online option!! My legs are shaking - looking forward to building endurance daily!! :)
Feel the burn! So happy I did I this online tonight.
Absolutely the best 30 minute workout ever! I always feel taller after i finish this one.
My arms are shaking while I type this! Felt a great burn all over. I wasn't sure about online workouts, but it was so convenient to do from home!
Wow! I did it and it was an amazing workout! I feel graceful and long and definately sweating!
Love it!
Amazing workout! Great way to start the New Year!
Good lord! I was sweating and cursing during this...love it:)
This was an amazing quick workout! I got my Mom and others doing with me. I cannot wait to see what other workouts there online.
@Charlotte: No need to do anything on your own. Whatever we do on one side, we mirror on the other side. Barre3 online workouts are designed to balance and tone your entire body!
I loved this workout, but I felt like I might have only been doing some of the moves on one side...should I have completed the other side on my own?
Wow - that was an awesome workout. I did not think I would end up sweating, but I am drenched! Can't wait to see results!
I love that I can get a good workout in my living room while my 4-month-old watches. He got a kick out of the ski jumps!
Great workout! Sadie is adorable!
This is by far my favorite workout so far. It is the closest to a studio workout and I really like the pace. I'd love to see more like this! It's all all-body go to!
I do this workout almost every day, and I finally feel the post 2 pregnancy pooch getting smaller. I am a single mom with two small boys and thank you for the mybarre3 workouts! I do not have the freedom of going to the gym or going on a run, and this provides stress relief, a good full body workout and sanity! Thanks
Have been doing this one very often has become my "go to workout" are you going to be adding any more? Would love another counter workout for variety. Loving this whole barre 3 at home so awesome...thank you thank you.. Roz
Love this workout, I'm already hooked! This is so much fun.
Love this one, and keep coming back to it! Especially like the high lunge to warrior 3 combo and the sumo squats in reverse prayer :)
if someone could just help me walk now i'd be grateful! :) carol in the uk
I'm always amazed at how these workouts can be so intense in only 30 minutes. Love this one!
I have done lots of these amazing workouts and keep coming back to this one for it's efficacy and grace. I love using the countertop, perfect both at home or when traveling. Thank you to Sadie for your personalism, encouragement and genuinity!
Cannot tell you how priceless these workouts are! As a mom for two small kids who also works FT and has a husband who travels a lot--getting to a gym or class is just not happening-Your workouts make it so easy to stay in shape in my home. You do not make it easy on us you kick our as* with these workouts and that is why I will forever be an at home "client"!! Love that you also have workouts of all lengths! Keep it up!
I just moved and can't find my weights! So I have been using Kombucha bottles filled with water instead. I put my ball inside my knee for the leg lifts :)
Every time I do a mybarre3 workout, I feel so indebted to Sadie and barre3 for making these workouts so accessible for us moms out there that don't want to drag the kids to the gym! This is a perfect nap-time workout -- and I used a changing table as a prop!
Just did this as my first 30 minute workout! It is crazy good and thanks for letting me know your leg was shaking like crazy.. You have a great gift for keeping me engaged in the workouts...gone from 10 minutes to 30 in less than a month...thanks again.
We were on vacation staying at a place where I really didn't want to get on the floor so I was able to do this workout at the kitchenette. A big thank you for posting this quick 30 minute routine or I would have gone crazy without my Barre 3 while we were away!
Just did this workout, I used my desk and wall instead of a bar. Great stuff!
@Katie Ray: The knee draws in line with the hip joint rather than the shoulder when internally rotating the hip. The knee will draw out laterally from the line of the hip as the thigh rotates externally within the joint. Both of these motions help open the hip joint to increase range of motion and increase circulation for benefits that extend beyond the workout!
technique question: when doing seat work with weight behind knee - should our knee cap ideally be in line with shoulder when we rotate upward or does it not matter? Make sense? Also, love the ski jump!
Yes!! I agree with everyone. Awesome workout!! Definitely one of my faves!
This was my first workout with barre3. I'm sold. Thank you.
Good one Sadie! I loved the opening postures and barre stretch (alternating W3 and crescent). Thank you!
I am in Las Vegas visiting family and soooooooooooooo needed this. It is 106 outside. The perfect workout to do in an air conditioning. As always -- Thanks Sadie!
This is definitely my favorite. Please please please do more like this one. :)
Love this! My first experience w/ barre & I love it!!! I grew up dancing, so this is a nice way to fill the void!! Thank you for these videos!
I'm new to B3. Loved it. Thank you!!!
WOW!! Love this one! I am new to barre3, will use this every morning before heading out to work.
This one rocks!!
@Roxanne: Due to music licensing laws, it's tough to vary music. We are working on creative solutions because music is such a huge motivator in our live studio classes. Glad you appreciate yoga! We love it too.
Nice to borrow from Yoga. Could music vary a little more? Thanks!
Please make a one hour standing workout! :)
Great Workout!!! Thanks!!
This is a wonderful workout! I'm 24 weeks pregnant and love that it is all standing - I can do the whole thing. Would love to see more like it!
I just did this workout on my deck, in the sun, while my kids played in the yard. Amen, this is awesome! Thank you!
Great workout. My SI and Lumbar feel completely stretched out but in a supportive and strong fashion. Thanks
Wow wow wow. Thank you!
The seatwork rocks Sadie! Very efficient & fun too! As always, thank you!
Oh how I've missed the barre push-ups! Thank you for bringing them to mybarre3. Love the variety!
Wow thank you Sadie, this is such an excellent efficient work out! More like it please!!!
Love it! Who knew I could have that much fun at my kitchen counters...it was a nice break from my dark basement. I even got a little misty!
Its been a while Im shaking! Love the combination leg and arm work... next best thing to coming into the studio.
Great one! Love feeling a good burn without having to go to the gym. Will do this one again for sure.
Fantastic and fun love doing this in my kitchen. love all the variety and creativity you offer.. thank you
@Cynthia: Sadie's wearing a tank designed by Stella McCartney. So glad you are connecting with barre3 workouts, Cynthia!
Love the shirt. Who is the designer? I like all your new and innovative workouts!
This is one of my favorite workouts yet. I am pregnant so it is great to have a workout that is entirely standing,as I can complete every move. Thanks for another amazing workout!
@Mary: Focus on keeping your hips facing forward. Work towards drawing the thigh behind you parallel to the floor versus externally opening your knee to the side. Email mybarre3support@barre3.com with any other questions!
All I can say is: SHAKE, Shake, shake! What a wonderful routine!!!
Home under the weather and can't get to the studio. I felt a little exertion would remind me I'm alive ;-) and keep me from getting stiff. This was perfect. Thanks.
Love, love, love this one! Thanks Sadie!
great standing sequence...thank you sadie!!
Really loved this 30min class!! Great quakes and also feels restorative! Thanks Sadie : )
Rachelle Mathews Loved this workout!!-did it at my counter while my 5yr was preoccupied. Felt like I was really working even without weights. Had some postures that were new to me- loved them.
Great workout! Should my hips be open or closed in dancer's pose?
Great!! Thanks Sadie!
Yes, this is the much needed stress buster after the Thunder loss. Thank-you for providing such great tools to shape all those areas. My calves in particular burned throughout this workout. You kept me going until the end!! Now for some quiet. No NBA post game yapping for me!
I love this one! It might be my new favorite go-to. The seat and arm work are amazing. Fast, efficent, and challenging! Sadie, you look positively stunning too!
This is a perfect one for a hotel room. The Internet is down, so I did it from my iPhone. Thanks, Sadie!
Love this one and the variety of a standing only workout. Thanks!!! And I'm thinking of you, too!!!
I always use the counter instead of a chair :)
Yes! I love these intense at home workouts - I never knew I could make myself work so hard at home...I feel like I'm in class!
Nice quickie in the kitchen :) although I'm too tall for my space - still got some leg quakes going!!!
Loved this one, different from previous workouts!! Hope more new ones soon!!!
This workout is amazing! I love using the counter. I did my workout in my kitchen while my 17-month-old "rearranged" the cupboards.
