  • I love the 60 minute Power Sculpt and have started to do it pretty regularly. I feel like it's really helping to correct my posture after years of hunching over a computer. I feel so much taller and my back feels stronger between my shoulder blades. I notice I sit up much straighter at my desk, now, too.

  • @Stephanie: Any leg or seat work that involves external rotation of the hips is going to target the dreaded 'saddle bag'. My personal favorite Levers in open hip. Sadie does them in standing in her "Standing Slim" Video. Keep the heel pulled in toward the seat to engage more of the hamstring area. Also try knee pulses in either Horse Pose or Narrow Athletic V. This involves holding the posture and pulsing the knees back to target the outer hip. Make sure to press your feet into the floor and really work to keep your posture nice and upright. It can be a burner!

  • Love the shakes! Feeling strong (and graceful!) with this new program. I find myself anxious to do another workout because they are fun, motivating and I feel so darn good at the end! I always battle the outer thigh 'saddle bags' - and never feel like I'm targeting them (glute work gets more in to seat, legs more the front and back). More tips or exercise for that area :)

  • Wow! That brought new level to the Barre3 quakes and shakes. I was so sweaty during that crazy leg portion that I had to wipe the ball down so it wouldn't shoot right out during the squeeze portion. Hilarious!

  • I took a couple of Barre 3 classes in Eugene last week, where my daughter lives. I loved it!!! Now my two daughters have given me a three month gift card for your class, as they do not offer it where I live. I love Barre 3!!!! I feel like I just worked very single muscle in my body, and i didn't feel like a failer in a class, being out of step or modifying. Thank you for this option!!!

  • I did an in studio class not long ago while I was out of town with a friend. There is no studio within an hour of where I live so the teacher told me about the online membership.   • @Charlene: This may be happening because you have tight IT Bands - super common in Bridge Lifts! Try removing the ball and placing it off to the side. Walk your feet a little wider than your hips and turn your toes out to 11 & 1 o'clock. You can also play around with the distance between your feet and glutes. Try walking your feet a little further away or closer in. This is an equally efficient way to lift & shape your glutes and flatten your abs!

  • Liked the workout but after I was done doing the section where you are on the ground with the ball between your ankles and lifting until your ribs. My inner right knee was hurting. Do you know what I might have been doing wrong?

  • I could not make it in to take the class in person so did this workout at home today and loved it. It was great to be able to fit everything in. I thought this was a very intense workout. I plan to finish the last 7 min tonight after work. Great job.
