This is one of my new favorites. The 10 min goes by so fast! I am loving the online workouts. I've tried many different ones on this 28 To Great Challenge. I would love it if there was a way to rate, or star the workouts that are you like most. Just for my own reference. I can't remember which ones I've done.

@Cherie- If you're looking for a more turbo workout, try the 60 min Power Sculpt with Sadie. If you're still looking for more, try adding on our Turbo 10 min workout + 10 min Ballet Sculpt: Upper Body Cardio. You may also love our 60 min Studio Shape workout - it has amazing deep core work woven throughout. That being said, we aim to challenge you and kick your butt, but we never want you to feel exhausted to the point where you are depleted after a workout. Our motto is to work smarter, not harder. Keep us posted on how you're doing!
I have tried approximately 60% of the online videos and hoping you can recommend a couple that will really work me to exhustion. I workout 6 days a work and have been doing so for about 1 year. I have used the Bar Method and the studio class really provides and exhauting and invigorating workout. I also just purchased the Physique 57 DVD set hoping for a more intense work. I adore the concept of online class -as I travel 20 weeks a year and they make it very convenient so I want to stay with you and I believe in Sadie and what's she doing. Please help!

I thought "Oh, ten minutes. Easy." HA!! Kicked my butt!! What I like most about all of the videos I've used are the constant reminders of alignment and what I should be doing with each body part. When working out at one alone it's hard to know if you're doing it right and also easy to get sloppy. I think I've improved my abs and lower back immensely because of this.
