Morgan Moone

Morgan discovered barre3 over seven years ago while in law school and quickly transitioned to the front desk team before taking the plunge and becoming an instructor. After a car accident in 2019, barre3 empowered her to meet herself where she was, both in mind and body. The discomfort of sustaining an injury was quelled by the fact that she was encouraged to foster a sense of curiosity and openness to her body each day. Morgan looks forward to continuing the barre3 legacy and nurturing the already thriving New Orleans barre3 community that welcomed her with open arms.

barre3 New Orleans - Downtown | Barre Classes in South Market

Barre3 New Orleans - Downtown is on O'Keefe Avenue in the South Market district, on the uptown edge of the Central Business District. Willa Jean—the bakery and cafe where the line forms early for biscuits and cold brew—shares the block downstairs. A few blocks east, Lafayette Square fills every spring for Wednesday at the Square, the free concert series that draws music and food trucks under its live oaks, while St. Charles Avenue carries the Uptown Mardi Gras parades. Come in before a biscuit or a wander toward the square, or build barre3 into your week.

Our barre3 New Orleans - Downtown studio offers barre3 Signature—the foundational barre3 class that blends strength, cardio, and mindfulness into one complete workout. Using a barre, core ball, and weights, you'll work through targeted holds and full-body movement that builds real strength, increases flexibility, and sharpens balance. You'll leave feeling stronger and more capable than when you walked in. Every fitness level is welcome.
